Terms
Last updated 3 October 2026. Wormhole is a product of vwork Digital Inc., Chilliwack, British Columbia.
These terms cover using Wormhole, whether you create forms, send through them, or receive submissions. Wormhole is in an invite-only preview, so features and these terms may change; we will say so here when they do.
Using Wormhole
- Create forms only for information you have a legitimate reason to request, and tell people truthfully who will receive it and why.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, collect credentials or payment details under false pretences, send malware, or use Wormhole to harass anyone. Branding does not verify identity; the recipient details shown on a form do.
- Anyone can report a form from its page. We may pause or remove forms and accounts that break these rules.
Receiving
- You are responsible for your enrolled devices and for what you do with information you receive, including copies you save outside Wormhole.
- Keep more than one device enrolled. If every device that a submission was encrypted for is lost, nobody, including us, can recover it.
- An agent receiving submissions must only use them for the task and retention it shows to senders.
What we promise, and what we do not
- We will not try to read submissions, and the service is designed so that we cannot.
- Delivery depends on your network, your devices and ours. Mailbox submissions that are not collected before their deadline are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Wormhole is provided as is during the preview, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, vwork Digital is not liable for indirect losses or for information lost because it expired, was cleared, or was sent to a device you no longer have.
