One license key for one person. It unlocks every Team feature on one workspace, forever, including all future updates and early beta access to new features. It has one seat and can't add more. There are only 10.
Yes. During the invite-only preview every workspace gets Pro features at no cost. Paid plans start when billing opens, with notice first.
Only until it's received. The recipient's device collects it, confirms, and the encrypted copy is deleted on the spot. If nobody opens it, it waits only as long as you allow on that form (minutes up to 30 days) and is then deleted. Live relay never stores anything.
No. Encryption, named recipients, deletion on receipt, passwords and PINs, live relay and content-free logging are on every plan. Plans differ in volume, seats, agents and branding.
One delivery to a recipient: someone filling in a form and sending it, or a file-only exchange. Views, drafts and failed attempts don't count.
Your forms stop accepting new submissions until the next month or until you upgrade. Anything already waiting is still delivered; we never delete a pending submission early to make room.
No. Agents are recipients in your workspace. Each plan includes a number of agent endpoints, each with its own key.
Not yet. Wormhole is built to SOC 2 Security and Confidentiality controls and we plan an independent examination. We won't claim a report until we have one.
